Ses Culleres is the new gastronomic adventure of the Ses Forquilles Group. With the pursuit of a “eating house”, this most recent restaurant maintains the spirit with which Ses Forquilles was born and grew; its philosophy of the finest market produce and cuisine, with dishes that are always updated but without discarding new forms and flavours.
THE KITCHEN
We are passionate about using the best ingredients. Ses Culleres, as all the other restaurants, offers a gastronomic well-balanced seasonal menu and a series of eventual proposals that are introduced as specials, based on the seasonal produce. Between the recipes of yesterday and today, and honouring the meaning to its name “Ses Culleres”, spoon dishes will not be short on our menu; a speciality of any self-respected “eating house”.

In the Ses Forquilles Group, we have no doubt that to ensure the perfect gastronomic experience, excellent cuisine is not enough. We strive to guarantee an impeccable service to create a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. In Ses Culleres, we also corroborate the value of a more personal attention at all times from our skilled and qualified team.
The space
All the restaurants of the Ses Forquilles Group are characterized by having unique locations. As for Ses Culleres, it is certainly one-of-a-kind. Located in the emblematic Marès building, and accessed from the Plaza de la Conquesta, the most recent of the restaurants overlooks the impressive Port of Mahón, the largest natural harbour in the Mediterranean. The stunning views can be enjoyed through the all-around glass walls of the interior dining room, as well as from exterior open terrace.
