COC is the acronym for Central Operative Cuisine and, at the same time, a word with culinary connotations in Menorca. An experimental field. A place where we discover and develop fresh proposals and flavours, a workshop open to new experiences, a multipurpose space in which we give life to unique and personalized events.
In the COC facilities we give free rein to our culinary responsibilities, we experiment with local produce to achieve a global gastronomic concept. It is our studio and, at the same time, an open-door space where we can hold workshops, show-cooking and other personalized events, as well as an extensive area that complements the events held in-situ.
COC is the multifunctional space of the Ses Forquilles Group, the ideal setting to celebrate unique events and personalized gastronomic experiences. The polyvalence of the area and service poses different scenarios of use for different needs. The COC team ensures total flexibility and bespoke proposals to meet them. Here, we would say everything is possible.
The COC kitchen is directly linked to the independent dining area; a room with panoramic views of the Port of Mahón which also leads onto one of the best exterior terraces of Menorca’s capital. These are the three areas of COC that make it a functional gastronomic venue, not forgetting it is part of one of the most emblematic buildings in Mahón: the Marès building, shared with Ses Culleres.
